COVID Update

We continue to operate throughout this period.

Our warehouse is based in Sydney and continues to operate under COVID-19 restrictions including social distancing. This has had an impact on our ability to provide the level of service in our order fulfilment that we have prided ourselves on, and has delayed the dispatch time of some orders.

Where possible we are dispatching orders from our Sydney office which is enabling a faster dispatch time, however we suggest that you prepare for delays in delivery of your order. Should your order be time sensitive please contact us in advance and we will recommend products that we are able to dispatch in a timely manner.

Given the potential delays we have removed our Express Post delivery option from the checkout. This can be made available for orders that we are able to dispatch from our office if you notify us in advance that you wish for this to be added to your order, along with the items that you wish to order, and an invoice will be sent to you for payment.

Please note that the Australia Post network are also experiencing delays which may also have an impact on delivery lead times.
