All orders ship from Sydney, Australia
Where possible, our warehouse works to provide same day dispatch for all orders received before 11am each business day, however we are unable to guarantee this. Our Express Post + Priority Dispatch + Tracking option will see these orders prioritised for same day dispatch when this is possible. If this can not be achieved orders will be prepared for dispatch the next business day.
Please understand that some peak selling periods may see orders dispatched within one or two business days of order.
If your order is time sensitive, please ensure that you have selected the fastest delivery option and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include the order number.
We send all domestic Australian orders via Australia Post or via our selected courier network. International orders are sent via Australia Post and are typically delivered within 10 business days.
Please be sure to include the correct delivery address at checkout. If an incomplete or incorrect address is used we will endeavour to do what we can to update or reroute the delivery address of these orders but weare unable to take responsibility in the event that these are unable to be delivered.
Should any orders be returned to sender due to being unable to be delivered and require redelivery please email email@example.com with an updated delivery address and we will advise the postage charge to resend your order. We are unable to deliver to the same address in the event that the original delivery has failed.
We apologise for any delays that may be experienced in receiving your order. If you experience a delay, please let email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will do everything possible to investigate and resolve this.
Purchases sent outside Australia may be assessed for local taxes, duties, or other local charges upon arrival. Whilst this is not usual process, the shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. The recipient is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, fees and international costs.
Please review your country's import laws and fees before placing your order. If a shipment is lost, abandoned, or you refuse a shipment due to the local taxes or duties not being paid, Rocketbook will not issue you a refund for your order. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed.
