Ready to order your Rocketbook? Here’s the scoop on shipping and returns.

SHIPPING

*Please note that during the holiday season, due to high order volume, orders may take an additional 2-3 days to process. For any urgent orders, please be sure to select an Express shipping method.

Rocketbook products purchased from getrocketbook.com.au can be shipped to addresses in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands in addition to selected countries in Asia.

Other international customers: Shop for Rocketbook products via getrocketbook.com.

For all local Australian orders, we use Australia Post or other selected courier partners, depending on location. International shipping services vary by location and will be shown upon checkout.

Australian orders $70+ (after any promos or credits) includes free standard shipping (5-10 business days). We also may offer express post shipping and for Sydney Metro Area, next-day delivery (order must be placed by 11:00 a.m. AEDT).

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. We don’t process orders on weekends or recognised holidays. All arrival times are estimates and are subject to change.

For orders shipping internationally via getrocketbook.com.au, there may be additional duties or surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. In addition, your government may charge you for receiving goods from Australia depending on their regulations. Please review your country’s import laws and fees before placing your order as we cannot cover these additional fees or provide inaccurate customs forms to avoid them. We also cannot issue a refund for shipments that are lost, abandoned, or refused due to unpaid local taxes or duties. Please be aware that orders can be delayed due to verification or the time of the order being placed and may be delivered in separate shipments.

RETURNS

Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. That’s why we provide free returns on products within 30 days of purchase. Returns may require a restocking fee at our discretion. Returns are processed within one business day from the date the return is received at our office. To begin a return, please email us at info@getrocketbook.com.au.

Products that have been damaged through standard use or regular wear and tear are not eligible to be returned or replaced. If a product is defective or damaged in shipment, we may provide a replacement as determined on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@getrocketbook.com.au to inquire further.

Please note that items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
